Player evaluations

**SATURDAY AUGUST 13th**

3/4 Age Group Orientation
10:00am
• Please check in at the table when you arrive.
• The orientation will be held at the pavilion by the concession stand(when you turn into our park, stay to the right and follow the parking lot to the back. You'll see a pavillion to your left hand side.)
• Meeting will start at 10:30am
• It’s important that before you leave, you have checked in and confirmed your uniform sizes.

***It is imperative that your child attend evaluations.
This will be the only opportunity to check/change jersey sizes and player number,
as they are custom ordered. Players in ALL age groups must go to the check in table
to get an evaluation number before going to their field.

5/6 Age Group Evaluations:
Playing age 5 (birthday between May 1, 2011- April 30, 2012)
check in between 11:15am-12:00pm

Playing age 6 (birthday between May 1, 2010- April 30, 2011)
check in between 12:00pm-12:30pm

7/8 Age Group Evaluations
Playing age 7 (birthday between May 1, 2009- April 30, 2010)
check in between 1:45pm-2:30pm
Playing age 8 (birthday between May 1, 2008- April 30, 2009)
check in between 2:30pm-3:15pm

9/10 Age Group Evaluations
Playing age 9 (birthday between May 1, 2007- April 30, 2008)
check in between 4:15pm-4:45pm
Playing age 10 (birthday between May 1, 2006- April 30, 2007)
check in between 4:45pm-5:15pm

11/12 Age Group Evaluations
11 and 12 playing ages- check in between 6:00pm-6:15pm
