Dear Manalapan Sports Organization Volunteer,  

                        As you may be aware, Manalapan Township Parks and Recreation has been proactive in its efforts to implement a Criminal History Background Checks program. 

In that regard, I am pleased to advise you the Township Committee has enacted Ordinance 2005-35, which requires Criminal History Background Checks for volunteers and certain employees.

·        Enter Login – to be provided via email

·        Enter Password – to be provided via email

·        Click on Login

·        Complete the Volunteer Registration Form, and submit.

  Please check on any of the sports organizations for which you volunteer.

             Manalapan Baseball Softball Association

            Manalapan Recreation Basketball Program

            Manalapan Soccer Club 

            Manalapan Mat Rats 

            Manalapan Youth Hockey

                         Upon receipt of your registration, a schedule shall be created by our Police Department who will, in turn, send you an E-mail with your assigned fingerprinting date and time.  The fingerprinting location is the Manalapan Township Municipal Building Courtroom.

                         Further, your picture will be taken at the time of fingerprinting.  Once you have become certified (successful background check and safety trained) your picture will be placed on a permanent I.D. card, and forwarded to you.

                         Your cooperation and support of this new endeavor is very much appreciated, as well as your continued commitment to Manalapan Parks and Recreation.  As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

                         You are being invited to register and participate in our group fingerprinting sessions, which is being made available to any Manalapan sports organization volunteer.
