Shooting - accuracy
- A standard soccer goal will be divided into 5 spaces that will carry various point totals.
- Each participant will have 5 – 10 chances to shoot from the penalty kick spot, and accumulate a point total that will determine their score.

Throw-in – Distance
- Using proper throw-in technique, players will accumulate points by throwing the ball as far as they can.
- Each player will get 3 throw-ins
- Points will be determined by distance of furthest ball thrown.
Running - Speed
- Players will be matched in pairs and timed:
Depending on the age bracket –
U5 – U7 20 yds
U8 – U10 30 yds
U11 and above 40 yds
Juggling
- Players will be given 3 opportunities to juggle a ball
- The ball may be struck by any part of the foot, leg, head, or torso (but not arms) for it to count as a legitimate “juggle”
- Once the ball touches the ground the turn is complete
- The highest number of times out of the 3 chances will be recorded as the player’s score
Dribble skills
- Players will be timed when they dribble around a set of gates.
- Penalty time will be assesed for each missed/incomplete obstacle.
